Abilities: Minor teleportation, freeze time, extra strength
Types Of Attack: He has three types of hit. Light, medium and heavy. Medium and heavy's strength comes from his top hat.
Light - This is how hard your typical RHG hits, Mr. Tophat tends to use this for distracting and pissing people off as it does virtually no damage but is a very quick hit (near impossible to block or dodge).
Medium - This is a bit stronger than the typical RHG hit. Can only be performed while in possesion of his tophat. Although it packs more punch than a light hit, it is also slower making it a bit easier to avoid.
Heavy - This is a LOT stronger than the typical RHG hit (It's capable of smashing through metres of concrete). Can only be performed while in possesion of his tophat. Requires a large amount of momentum (eg: a drop or run up). It is also slower than a medium hit making it a bit easier to avoid.
Weaknesses: All his power forms in his tophat, without it, he's screwed!
Can only teleport 10ft.
Can only freeze time for 30 seconds.
As a result of the extra strength from his tophat, he hit's devastatingly hard, but his nimble build means when he gets hit, he REALLY get's hit
About/Story: He was once just an ordinary guy, living a middle-classed life. But then that all changed in a matter of seconds. One day on his regular routine, he found a box on his doorstep. Taking the box inside, he cracked it open revealing it's content. A tophat. Trying it on, something strange happened. A form on energy flowed through him, granting him the abilities he has today. A few weeks later, he managed to get himself into a pub fight, this is what suprised him. Giving a light punch in the gut to his growling opponent, the same pink energy shot out of his fist, into the man, sending him crashing through the solid concrete wall behind him. Seeing how Mr. tophat could abuse his power, he got his new name and went searching for RHG's.
