...Making smooth animations is not so easy, and not so hard either. Just make some distance of your stick figure for each frame. long distances for fast moves, and short distances for slow moves. Motion tween is for sloooow motions. For example, here's my first smooth, quick animation (not my first, tho) http://www.fileize.com/view/06cce107-cd0/
