-Can manipulate his staff to become another himself, he also has a moisture/air control(can use the elements in the air around him [ Fart gas, helium, ETC. ]).
-Forgot to mention that his staff can become a Four-segmented chain wip/staff.
-Weaknesses:
-can be reduced to a liquid if he came in contact with water or a water like substance.
-Cannot swim.

-About/story:
Nitro was walking down the street with his bro Dioxide, they stopped at a construction site to talk about E3 when the ground started shaking. the street caved in,with them with it. Nitro and dioxide fell into the sewers, with Nitro not knowing how to swim, and Dioxide being a gas being ( as in being a person made out of gas ),they sank. Dioxide became a liquid and was on the verge of death when the two came in contact. The toxic water combined them, thus forming a premature Nitroxide. they were washed out to sea and were found later on at the gulf of Mexico. There quest to find the construction workers at the construction site begins.
