Do you act differently on the internet than you would in real life? Are you a dick on the internet but a fag irl?

Somewhat kinda true.Since mostly,People are confident in the internet because they rely on it because of the fact that other people can't do something to other people through the internet(unless it's scam). But I try not be some other kind of guy in the internet,I try to be myself so people would really know me.But in real life I'm shy but here I'm more confident.

For those who have met me on both skype or even in real life know that there is barely a difference of how I act on the internet and in real life...
The only true difference is less gay puns...
Yeah that's it...

I tend to speak/type more sophisticated online, something which if done IRL would result in people thinking I'm strange.

I'm usually quiet irl, almost silent (considering I never talk unless needed)
online I chat my mouth away, it's the strangest thing :/

I'm sort of the same way, accept I do a lot of talking with my friends, family, ect... I only talk when necessary in real life.

The only difference between my real life and here is only that I know more people here (since everyone here has almost the same interests)

What you see is what you get. I don't see the appeal in acting out some alternate, fake personality whenever I'm online.

I like to think the only difference is smielies.

let's just say there's a big difference that i haven't realised until now

I talk more online, that's pretty much it. There's not much different about my personality, but I'm a bit shy.

Online I'm somewhat of a douche,so i've been told.
But in real Im the coolest thing since shaved Ice,I act like everything bothers me online because I don't like following the Status quo.
I can be called a hipster at times.
Say if one RHG is getting bumped 50 times a day I just might not like that person just cause.
=/

I talk less irl.
And my friends are a lot more chill.
That's really it.

I'm pretty much the same online as I am in real life. I don't see any necessity to act different or more confident for that matter online just because people can't see you. But for some people it 'just happens' so you can't really blame them.
Lol, interesting topic.
