So this is a thread for ideas on how to improve the comic brawl system we've had for a while and create a new and better comic brawl!

Brainstorm new ideas so we can spice up this new comic brawl and make it actually interesting to read with standards on quality, meaning no 5 minute MS paint pages.
I will collect the best and most popular ideas on the front page. If you agree with someones suggestion approve it with +1 or disapprove with -1.

SO. Without further ado, let the thinking begin!

We are going to need cooperation from a mod to make this work. If someone spams or posts unrelated things, It must be punished in order for the comic to remain on it's tracks. We hope to make this official and something like RHG for the art section. EDIT: We got Jombo on board to remove the unwanted stuff, so that's sorted out now.

LIST OF APPROVED IDEAS:

1. Everyone starts with a neutral morality status. This is displayed as gray text. Participants can choose to do whatever they wish and if they do good or evil things their moral changes from neutral to either good, evil or different shades of that. (Also possibly gaining titles for their actions.) Their actions will be judged by the moderators, who will give out morality points for deeds done accordingly.

These morality rank titles are not final. Rev is working on the morality system.

Evil alignment ranks.

1. fiend 5pts

2. destroyer 10pts

3. demon 20pts

4. prince of hell 40pts

5. devil 80pts

Neutral alignment ranks.

1. wanderer 5pts

2. adventurer 10pts

3. lone wolf 20pts

4. gray myth 40pts

5. truly mortal 80pts

Good alignment ranks.

1. peacemaker 5pts

2. paragon 10pts

3. blind justice 20pts

4. angel 40 pts

5. archangel 80 pts

2. The name for the new version of comic brawl is going to be Comic Royale.

3. There will be hosts, moderators and fighters. I will explain how this works in detail when decided finally.

4. There will be a ranking system and the 1# ranked fighter is considered to be "The King".

5. Everyone who wants to participate will have to send an application to http://forums.stickpage.com/showthread.php?38546-Comic-Brawl-Royale-screening_tryout-thread.

6. CR mods and the Host(s) of CR will give out a map in which everything will take place. The map will be drawn and when a character enters the map he can decide where he wants to go on the map. If he enters a jungle, then he has to draw the environment he moves in as a jungle. (No blank backgrounds.) When the Host(s) of CR decide to change the season, possibly altering the map or adding new rules or elements everything will be reset and the participants can choose a new location to spawn in.

we need Enviroment mods to change the bg n' shit, a host mod to be the main leader, and legislative mods to set bounties on ppls heads...
also lemme talk to you about that...
bounties...
when someone is overpowered, indestructible, or even damn near cheating legislative mods can set a bounty on them...
a bounty allows you to kill the chracter BUT you have to have done a certain amount of comics against him to do that...

i think someone like xero,pin or guz should make the thread with general rules and stuff, this person will be the principal organizer, than peoples like mike, me or lagant will be like co-host and take care of alignement(evil*/gud) ranks, maps etc...

You must make a new thread, and credit Ebsketch and whoever made the first one. You cannot change the rules of the same thread- it's ebsketch's. Even if he isn't here that often.

yep, of course patt, we have to change the name, this isn't comic brawl anymore...
however, here is my organisation idea (this is just an example, we'll decide of mods later):

1post|xero,general rules, organisation, storyline
2post|mikematic,ranks, organisation
3post|Pin,artwork section
4post|Drone,maps
5post|therevenant,alignements

those will be the firsts post of the thread
their could be more than 1 mod for each section...

i got an idea al the evi clans and all the good clans go to war then the class that just fight ike zeta legend chronicle ama imperium and all others i forgot come and end the fighting by beating the crap out o everyone

We actually have an idea similar to this, when Tenma get's back he's gonna edit this.
We plan on making a chart wit all fighters there, this chart will rank you the highest being 1. You name will have different colors, either red green or light blue, for Good, Evil, and Natural.

The reason it is boring is because so far it has just been one shot overpowered attacks, alliances, one up power up scenes, and new characters randomly joining. There is no sequence of just attacking, just everybody is trying to make their person look more badass than the last who posted. It needs more dynamic fight scenes instead of just;

one punch= rage mode=bigger punch=ragemode=bigger punch=higher ragemode, etc.

You see that's exactly what we are trying to do in Comic Royale. There can be stories, plots, anything goes!

Yup. and there is clearly a rule that kizunami quoted from the rules about OPs. go check the brawl for that. But for now-

Here are the rules and some things you should know:
-put all your images for your entry in a spoiler
-put a description of what happened in them in another spoiler underneath the first
-if you're doing a part in mspaint you should save it as a png. for the best quality
-you can make it as pretty and detailed as you want and is encouraged that you put time and effeort into your pictures but is not required.
-no killing-don't show anyone dead just show the attack meant for the kill and the person will either intercept it or show themselves hurt but not dead or else that's like kicking them out of the collab
-you CANNOT make a post without an entry then come back later after other people have posted and put in what you want, you have to make a new post following all the new ones.
-if you post something that just disregards someone else post you'll be asked to edit your piece, even you pretty much posted at the same time as someone else that can be discussed on who must change who's post if you really don't want to change it but please just be the bigger person and if your post is after their's you should just go ahead and change yours if they don't want to change their's to compensate.
-it doesn't matter whether or not you post your part in one image or not just make it look like a comic and do whatever fits you
-make your characters distinguishable from other characters, it wasn't a problem before but i thought i might mention it
-dimensions of your piece do not matter.
-feel free to use any program to make the images of you pieces.
-please refrain from ganging up on people. so like, if a new challenger comes in, don't say 'let's get him!!" remember you only control your person so you can offer to team up and they can either turn you down or accept your friendship but otherwise make friends by attacking someone and if anyone disobeys this rule by making other people do things, they or i shall smite them >:C.

_If you see someone doing something wrong tell them about it above your images in your next post or i will tell them myself in pm and they will edit their post telling people they've recognized their mistake. don't make a post only explaining their mistake or what to do just pm your problem to me or politely pm them about it yourself.
_YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE YOUR RHG, you can make up any character you like.

This new royale (go to #newcomicbrawl) is, I guess, ranked by how good your art is. One of the first rules I heard was you had to be good to get in.
