I think before you go around policing people making RHG comics and calling yourselves mods and admins, you should get permission from Stone and shoot for your own sub-forum, like written RHGs. If your idea is thought out enough and has a lot of backing, and you personally show integrity and have the capacity to maintain the system, there's a chance you will be given real mod powers to your own subforum, allowing you to have far more control and official support, like how Weien was eventually made mod for his ideas and capacity to get shit done.

EDIT: To clarify: I don't actually have any idea what this stuff you're talking about is. It sounds to me like you're trying to create a new system similar to animated and written RHGs, but instead with comics. If someone wants to explain it more, maybe I'd be able to actually contribute better ideas, but right now I have absolutely nothing to go off of. I'm not even sure where these comics are lol.

The official topic will be up soon enough, but to state a quick comment: All mods are set and final. There are no tryout's to be a mod of the topic, do not ask or complain, we have enough.

Yup, reasoning being, we want want people who are serious about comic making. So you would have to be approved if your comics are good enough.

Jombo your just there to keep stuff in order since your the only real mod, and you have certain powers that we don;y.

And also, I made an example what the rank chart may look like:

The symbols next to the names will represent there alliance, if there in one. And the rank points determind your rank. You gain them by the Comic graders (Me and esb) granted each of your comics points based on there attributes:
Panels
Coloring
Shading
and
Action.
We haven't worked out how many points you can get for each of these yet, but we are getting to it.

Yup, I would actually recommend doing that, since this isn't official yet.

The pie chart looking thing in the middle is supposed to be were you start off, you can choose to start out anywhere inside there.
Now the circles and numbers are the amount of posts it takes to get there. if it says "2" you must post atleast 2 comics to get to that destination.
There are also some island, and do get there you must do something, you can just poof there. You can fly if your brawler flies, you can swim, you can boat. You can even teleport if your brawler can do that.
I was talking it over with the other CR officers to see if territory is allowed. I only got one response from ebs so far, and he said that they shouldn't be allowed.
And there is a way to find land/ island. To do so you must stay at see for a total of 3 posts to preform.

Eventually we will get a 3D like animated globe to show all terrain and areas.
The terrains include
Jungle/ grassy
Ice caps/ snowy
desert/ hot
city/ ghetto
normal/anywere with moderate temp.

I have an idea, I'm not sure if anyone else thought of this already but there should be some sort of deadline for the artist, if he or she dosent
have a comic posted for (insert due date here) he or she will get maybe like, a punishment? or something. Cause in the comic brawl,
I see ALOT of people that just make one comic, and leave the thread forever.

Well people do that cause they can't always continuous post comics forever and if they don't post its always first come first serve,If you didn't make a comic then you get hit or knocked out until you respond.

LOL. dafuq man, I said there are some people who might get through the tryout and just post a comic and dosent post again. Since we have some kind of
point system, we should give the inactive comic brawler a deduction or something.
