Looks more like a ghostie to me...you need more splashing on the inside. Along with that dont just blur it, distort it. Unless the water is dirty and murky. It does not act like that. Just google a few tutorials for effects like this and you will be set. nice attempt though. Keep it up

That Band Logo seems pretty minimalistic. Could use a bit more of grit on the letters imo.

And I made it like that on purpose. This way it has much room for variety. Such as album art or as you said, some sort of gritty feel.

While I love the designs and album cover stuff that you do, I want to see you do an equal amount of stuff like more like the Water bending and Boston bombing ones too.
