Impressive, you're getting better!
A word of advice, maybe add some shading, and with line tool, you can go to Modify: Shape: Convert Line to fills, then you can add shading.

xero is it good

you are getting better, but the sand is the thing that really catches my eye imo.
everything else looks abit basic for my taste, try practicing your poses, you seem to try too hard in making dynamic ones when you should start off a little more simple.

nice shadow you are getting much better :)
