Welcome dude, but are you going to use pivot? Well no problem...
Flash kinda looks hard and looks like it's gonna take ages to animate, but after some practice you can get very nice animations after a short time... The beginner period is mostly the lame, boring one XD (takes a long time and doesn't look like anything XD, but we all start somewhere don't we?)
So yeah, you can use pivot not my problem, but i suggest starting out with flash immedietly, because it looks even harder after you're used to pivot.
