Quote from ShadowKratos came to life three times with ease xero
with ease my ass, there was like, two whole goddamn levels devoted to him coming back to life each time. And quite a few boss battles associated with them

that proves he's strong enough to kill asura

not at all. The easier the climb from hell is, the stronger the person. Your logic makes no sense at all to me.

No, it proves that Kratos takes a whole lot of time dying and coming back to life cmon dude
'Kratos Supporters' please have some points that make sense to all of us, and if you don't then call it quits~
I don't really think Kratos making Asura his asian girlfriend will do anything, due to the fact that he's also a man, which will make them in an all male relationship, and who says a girlfriend can not be dominant over the boyfriend? as long as the girlfriend can beat the boyfriend up, it's all good

You guys don't understand: it's all about their challenges
since a comparison of power is out of question (since their challenges are different, they have different powers: if we would have switched Kratos and Asura, they would have grown in the opposite way) you must judge other things
Kratos fought an incredible number of mythic monsters, plus all the gods and semi-gods, counting also an endless army of soldiers and lots of traps and rebus
He's guided by the thirst of revenge against everyone: he doesn't even care about other peoples
Asura fought only a bunch of gods and not that many other enemies (traps=0)(rebus=0)
Also, he only wants to save his daughter (oh, it's so moving. Sigh. Sob) and cares about the other people
So, said this, in my opinion
-Asura is the always annoying stupid hero who saves the world and that, by only raging, he always win. Also, he was already a god, so it's not that difficult matter (boring)
-Kratos is the one who, from being a mortal, he became semi-god, then god, then he killed everyone, even titans. But he is also defeated some times and, after those times, he came back stronger than ever (fucking awesome)
Also, Kratos has an armour that can rebounce any kind of attack and the power to kill a god. Asura has an incredible strength, but he has also six hands that are always destroyed
Said this, Kratos wins, no matter what

this is a semi solid argument, but we're not talking storywise, we're talking character to character. do you HONESTLY believe that Asura would be beaten by Kratos in a battle?

We aren't battle the story lines DiPi, We're battling the characters, and their power limits.
and you can't compare greek gods to the gods in asura's wrath (not sure what religion) because They're on different levels.
Has Kratos ever blocked a giant solar beam from a god larger than numerous galaxies and then proceded to use that energy to grow larger than the size of the earth, beat that god, and then beat the creator of everything?
That's like Kratos killing Gaea, then Chaos, which in greek myth is immpossible, for ANYONE to do so
and the term is Demi-God, not Semi-god. Semi is usually a prefix for shapes.

this is where it's obvious to the point in which you haven't played asura's wrath
First off, asura isn't the "Hero" who saves the world, in fact he despises people looking up to him, and looking up to anyone himself.
he's done more harm than good, just to save his daughter.
Evidently, you haven't watch the vids on the front page either, because one of them clearly shows a huge mass of enemies all ready to fight asura, and he barrels right through them.
He doesn't "Always win", he was killed twice but keeps coming back.
plus, JUST like kratos, the other gods are against him, and betrayed him, and each one he killed brutally, one by one.
And who's to say that KRATOS isn't the one "Always raging" Asura is calm and collective at times, and evidently way more than kratos.
sure kratos has armor, armor is for weaklings who can't take a hit.
and his arms will not break easily due to a couple of slashes, it took a finger the size of a mountain to break them off.
each time asura loses his hands, there was some powerful force equal to asura that forced them to break off, anything under his power (kratos) wouldn't do much than chip them. Even THEN asura CAN still fight with only his legs.
You lack fact DiPi. Asura is clearly more powerful and would win in a fight.

Yep, since the 2nd only know to charge forward like an idiot with IKEA arms that breaks everytime. He gets all his arms crashed by the armour and then is finished
Quote from R.DHas Kratos ever blocked a giant solar beam from a god larger than numerous galaxies and then proceded to use that energy to grow larger than the size of the earth, beat that god, and then beat the creator of everything?
He doesn't need, from what I said up here.
It's useless, Kratos still wins. Asura can at least je** of* with all those hands, hoping that they not break again

You're just saying that I'm right
1 I saw some vids: in the end, he saves the world, he doesn't let it destroyed: Kratos completely destroyed it!
2 Kratos goes no stop fighting enemies, never resting
3 Kratos died thrice and he came always back
4 Gods never betrayed Kratos: he never put his trust in them (except Ares) (from when he was a child he was against them)
5 Kratos enrages in a more silent way, not screaming like he's taking it in his ass every 4 secs like Asura
6 Yeah, armour is for weaklings: one who uses other 4 arms because otherwise he's too weak then what is he?
7 Kratos' armor bounces attacks back, so he can destroy his arms
8 I've never seen Asura use his legs

wtf that's my RHG we're talking about asura from asura's wrath vs Kratos from god of war
I'm beginning to find this poll pointless as majority of us have only played either just GoW or just AW

I haven't played both of them XD

No consoles. Only gaming console I have is a PSP which I'm pretty sure can run some GoW games I also thought GoW meant GEARS of War and thought Kratos made an appearance there lol.
Anyway, I'm pretty sure Chron could beat both of these guys with just a wave of his hand >:3
(don't bother searching, he's my OC)
