Joe was just an average human being inspired by many other RHGs like jomm, chuck, alfa, ect. one day he was walking down the street and was beaten up by a gang.after that he decided to become a fighter.after years of training Joe became stronger.then he ran in to the same gang, ready to beat him Joe stopped them by killing one of the members.the gang ran away never to be found again.also he hates it when he is called weak because of his color.
