Abilities:
can transform his hand to ice and use that ice one hit one kill or will make enemy cant move opportunity is 50/50 , he can shoot sharp ice, he can make a shield from ice and make a column ice from the ground,he can quickly change to the other position and fast speed
Weaknesses:
ice hand will be delay for example : when he punch miss or not his hand can use again after 5sec ,his shield just can stop little bit and will broken if collision high dam,he afraid of lighting
Story:
Max is a students of ice master he train very well until one day his master has been kill by RHG fighter in a battle he cry to much than he stand up and say i will kill thats guy, i will become a rhg fighter and kill that guy since that day he train hard .(sorry for bad story will update later )
