Ability:can spawn plasma (any forms)
weapon: Hilt (shapes the plasma he emits into a dense form of blade)
Can turn into the following:
a. Lightsaber-like
b. Tonfa saber
weakness: a. Using his Plasma a lot can exhaust his energy
b. separating him with his hilt will force him to use his plasma abilities more causing him to be tired
c. Making a full-blast move with his hilt will overheat his hilt causing him to be vulnerable without his hilt
Story: JUNE 18, 1865~
A plane crash occurred, late night. A scientist named Nicolai Washington was a survivor of that crash, unfortunately his son suffered from the plane crash.
Desperate to bring his son back alive, he did what no scientist have ever done before... Bring the dead back alive. Nicolai didn't know where to start so he tried the three basic forms of matter: Solid, Liquid, and Gas...
JANUARY 16, 1897~
Years have passed yet no results from any matter. Trying to look at his formulas where he must've done something wrong. Determined to see his son again, he continued his work. He tried every states of matter but one.... Plasma. Persistent enough to risk everything, the last matter worked perfectly. For how many years he have never felt so happy to have a positive result, he then called it "project-Neyon".
AUGUST 12, 1994~
The organization where Nicolai works called "Neos" plotted to kill Nicolai and claim his research theirs. Unfortunately Neos abused Nicolai's research and used it for their own sake.
FEBRUARY 26, 1998~
The process of completion finishing project-Neyon was a success. His son not aware of anything, why he's in a lab, why he can't remember anything, and what was he doing in a lab in the first place. Seeing the folder written "Project-Neyon" he saw a letter, it was from his father. Everything was answered from then on, how he died and was revived by plasma, why he got plasma abilities, but one question was not answered.....what his name is..... From then on he took on the name of "Neyon" and seeing two weapons at the table with Videos of his father's favorite movie, Star Wars, he studied the moves and how to control his abilities...... Promised to avenge his father's death he took on the Neos all by himself.... Some got away and he's still searching from them, rumor has it that some survivors are still continuing their works, some perhaps are simply hiding from him, and some are just in the RHG tournament....

With a new design of weapon he continued his search for the "Neo-survivors" in the RHG tournament by battling them all one by one.... And he got his main targets on the spot: Vox, Micha, Stixz, SL8T, and Skids
