No, that won't happen, you can't get a locked rhg for it being overpowered.

Well good news is he can't actually officially battle.
Omega+ has yet to okay his thread, and it's not like anyone is going to fight an RHG like this.
So there really isnt much point to spamming "LOL U OP NEWB LOL".

Kanga-B, you realize speedbattles don't count as actual battles, right? Even if you win a speedbattle, it doesnt increase your point total in any way. And that part about not being able to battle since Omega+ hasn't okayed your thread is completely true.
