Animating Vs. Video Games

If you're an animator you probably know that it's a time-consuming hobby. But what I want to know is, how much do you ANIMATORS (only) play video games compared to how much you spend animating. :)

Until this last week I hadn't really animated for about 18 months. But in the past few days I haven't really wanted to play any of the games I have here and I haven't wanted to buy any more, plus I felt like animating. So this week, much more animating than games.
I guess I view animating like a game in some ways, and whenever I play games I tend to play the same one for a while and then forget about it for several months. So when animating is my game of choice for the month I'll do pretty much nothing else in my spare time. Gaming and animating don't mix as lifestyles for me.

Well
I spend majority of my time animating and less time gaming (hell sometimes I won't even game for days because I'm too busy animating.)
Although whenever I don't have motivation that's when I play games more and animate less

I used to play games 24/7, but I kinda grew out of it... It depends on what mood I'm in, sometimes a gaming one, sometimes an animating one.
