Hello stickpage im a new animator and have found a interest in rhg but i cant think of a good power/abilitie so could some give me a hand on this?

There is a help section directly under General Discussion. I don't know why you would think this is the right place to ask a question.

If you're not creative enough to even think of your own RHG character, you should probably quit while you're ahead. Or wait until you get a good idea on your own, and then use that, instead of relying on other people to do the work for you.
