In all seriousness though, age limits on all things are slightly irrelevant; it's all based on maturity. Some 13 year olds are responsible enough to vote, while some 40 year olds are complete and utter idiots, yet they get to. This reasoning can be applied across the board.
Then again, theres no way to police maturity and so thats why such limits are run on age instead.

My very first account was Stickflasher (cliché ftw). I made it in December 2007. I quickly became a buddy of Zwolfsburg and joined his Stickcenturybase. Also I hanged out with Raffi and Javarush. I don't care about age... It's really how mature you are and how you act. Children are treated differently because they are the ones that tend to act the most immature.

I never was an active forum poster. I made a post every 3-4 days. And I mostly hung out in General Discussion and Community Flash Animations, giving people some bullshit, that I used to call "C&C". By the way, I remember all "Kill Sacred" collaborations, all fancy put-togethers from RatherCheasy and, of course, the manias. Raffmania was the longest one.

On topic - let the people decide it themselves. I remember a user called Raffi. He created top notch animations at age of 10 and was a decent inspiration. Also censoring here is ridiculous, just because most of kids seem to watch a lot of content from Mondomedia nowadays.
