Grim, to get better, start at the basics. Do not do stylized art. "But that's my style..." is a weaklings' excuse. Draw from real life and learn anatomy if you want to get better. From realism comes stylized art such as anime, western comics, manga, such styles.
The anatomy is kind of wrong there, arms are short, the torso is small, a bit misshapen. But I really like the style, with no contour lines.
I hope I helped a tad bit.

Thanks Lag that does help a lot. I have to study anatomy for school anyway. May as well have it benefit me right?
