Hi guys! Im' newb... i need someone to teach me:

- how to make a background... i can draw but i dont know how to make it to become a background... i was planning to draw the background in every frame but second-thought.....
- how to make the camera follow the characters... you know... when they're fighting in somewhere big and the camera follow them through all the fight ( plz don't say we have to change background when they move to different places )
- how to make the screen shake when there's an impact

That's all.

Use this handy tool called the "V-Cam" to solve all three of your problems.

In the bottom layer of the animation, draw a big background encompassing the entire area that your animation will take place in, even if it spills over the boundaries of the stage (the area that appears in the exported swf, designated by default as the white area).

In another layer, place the V-Cam movie clip. If it is a different size from your file's stage dimensions, simply click the movie clip and in the properties window (show at the bottom here) you can set the Width and Height to match your stage. From this point onwards, Flash will treat the stage as the area within the V-Cam instead of the original white area, so by animating the V-Cam to follow your action, the .swf will always follow it accordingly.

Also, the V-Cam can be manipulated to produce effects like screen-shaking (simply animating the camera jittering around).

Also, once you've drawn the background click on the keyframe next to the one you've drawn the background in. Drag it to the right and the keyframe with the background in it will spread over lots of frames.

To achieve what aim? The .fla file is the total summation of all the elements of your animation... you put things such as sounds and movieclips into the .fla via the Import to Library command.

If you mean placing the V-Cam within your animation, you only need to take the movieclip from the library from the downloaded .fla and place it in the library for your own .fla using CTRL+C and CTRL+V.

If that wasn't what you meant, then you'll need to clarify a bit!

Oh, you can open Flash files from anywhere on your computer, there's no need to go sniffing around the installation folder. I personally have never touched my Flash folder in Program Files.
