Well, it actually just depends on your animation style. I saw DiPi and his new style and it was better to add some clothes on his guys so it depends on you.

View Profile I'd bet anything that lolypoper is epicwarlordofpyroland's second account, which he created to make it look like someone else agreed with him. If you read lolypoper's most recent posts, you'll realize that mostly all of them are to back up epicwarlord's.
Now, it's not neccesarily "weird" for a stickfigure to not wear clothes, but when you give any stickperson hair it looks more realistic, and the more human something looks, the stranger it appears for it to not wear clothes. (I think that makes sense) It doesn't make a difference. If you were to animate hair AND clothes, it's basically a fullbody animation.
