Looking alot better :D, a fun way to practice is to animate all day but on the same .fla doing as much as possible. anything that comes to mind.

It's really choppy on one part, there's too much free transform tool, it's really lazy and needs more easing and momentum. But the blood is great.

Yeah, I'd double frame less and cut way back on the free transform. Keep practicing, this is pretty nice, you'll be great in no time :)
