His ball does not return to him by will, it either needs to bounce back or he needs to fetch it.
Story:
A lovable purple chap, Nihhh, was once a bystander for RHG but had always dreamed about entering. During one night he found a bouncy ball in the road, it felt slightly heavier than what a ball of this size should have been but, anyways he carried it home. as he started bouncing it he felt the pressure of the ball hitting his hand so he squeezed it to get a good feel of what was in this ball, as he did this it exploded (morphed at high speed) into a staff. So, he began practicing with this... baff experimenting new techniques to do battle with, once he felt he had trained enough he signed up for the RHG battles.
