I think that there's going to be 4Day'12. Not sure if it's going to be a competition like in 2011, because Philips seems to came prepared this time and will get everything done in time. I'm looking forward for this event.

I think the rumor about terkoiz quitting is because of him being very inactive.(not releasing anims)
And maybe the reason why he was inactive is cause he is animating anims for 4day secretly.
That's just my conclusion on him and don't know what he's really up to.

I don't think this will effect it in a bad way. I think if anything it will make it an even more special day. They might even do something extra just because of the merge. Maybe, I don't know though.

I kno in one of his anims he's probably gonna use a big monster FB type weird character and it's gonna be awesome

4day is happening 100% But as Yun and Quik said, there is a secret about 4day. I can't say it(duh) no matter how much I want to, but i'll just say you guys won't see it coming :)
