Abilities:
Carries a duffle bag, which has a few uncommon properties - it is seemingly bottomless, and provides an endless amount of weaponry to it's user. He can get weapons out of the bag only if he himself puts his hand in the bag, imagines the weapon he wants, and pulls the weapon out. Otherwise weapons can't fall out of the bag by any means. Other people other than it's current owner can't use the bag as it's intended - as a weapon source - until the current owner is dead for good.
Has supreme reflexes, if his body would allow it, he could dodge bullets.
Is a great fighter with any weapon he can pull out.
Has a mediocre aim.

Is just a human, he has no super human strength or speed or anything like that.
About/Story:
Next to nothing is known about this individual's early life, only that he has traveled the world since childhood, with whom or what remains unknown. He also killed the previous owner of the bag, and took it for himself, which he decided to name "The Forge".
He truly became noticed in his 30s, as he became a very well known entity in the market of illegal arm trade. He supplied a horde of different rich clients with the top notch weapons, as well as the crowd with less money with cruder weaponry, which actually is prone to backfire, blow up, and so on, after some use, doing this so his clients pay more for higher quality goods.
While amassing a fortune with arms deals, he took upon himself to take care of untrustworthy clients, people who could betray him, leak info about him, threaten him in anyway. While he deemed these kills necessary, he also got into a habit of being a bounty hunter, a hired gun, a hitman. Killing became sort of a hobby for him, it kept him on the edge and his senses razor sharp.
While his weapons are sought after, and makes him rich, his skills as an assassin are also highly valued and paid for.
