Teleportation Jr. can teleport at will up to about a mile away by sacrificing a blue soul crystal. (see soul crystal section)
Agility/Reflexes He is extremely agile and his reflexes are superb. He can dodge bullets fired from as close as 10 ft. with relative ease.
Scythe Connection As long as he has a soul crystal matching the type that's in his scythes, he can call them back to him at any time, but their maximum speed is fixed. Basically, the further away they are, the longer they take to get back. They are not affected by gravity while traveling.
Empowered Bullets By channeling the energy from a red soul crystal at the bottom of his pistol magazines, Jr. can empower his guns to fire shots which explode. This is his most powerful offensive ability but has the most drawbacks. The empowered shots from Freedom are weaker than Restraint's.

Teleportation Teleporting is very exhausting and stressful on his body relative to the distance he travels. Currently he can only teleport for a total of 10 miles before passing out. (10 max range teleports)
Weapon Dependency For over 300 years all of Jr's training and combat experience has been with weapons. If he were to lose all his weapons during a fight he would be as good as dead.
Empowered Bullets Firing these hurts his arms quite a lot. He can only fire 5 per arm before the pain becomes unbearable.

Order(white) Jr's first scythe. It's extremely light and can effortlessly slice through concrete and common metals.
Chaos(black) A cursed scythe, and Jr's favorite. It's extremely heavy, but due to the specifics of the curse (see story) he can lift it with relative ease. It's just as sharp as Order.
Freedom(silver) Jr's preferred pistol at medium to close range. It has a full-auto setting on it. The magazine capacity is 50 rounds.
Restraint(black) Jr's preferred pistol at long range. It is extremely accurate up to large distances. The magazine capacity is 20 rounds.

Story

"Death Jr." was born in the winter of 1674, mere minutes before an event known as "The Cataclysm" occurred, in which an immense explosion decimated half a continent. When Death came to collect the souls of all the slain however, he found a baby still alive at the epicenter of the blast. Having grown weary from witnessing so much death over the last millennium and a half, Death decided to adopt the child and make him his protege so that one day he could replace him as Death. Lacking a single creative bone in his body, he decided to call him Jr. until he was skilled enough to fully take his place. On his 40th birthday Jr. had finally completed his training and was gifted Death's original scythe: Order, as well as a plethora of souls to sustain his life for a millennia. During a mission 200 years later however, Jr. was overpowered by the sheer physical strength a target named Magus who had escaped death for centuries prior. Fearing that he was too slow and Order was too weak to be enough to handle beings like that alone, he slew a large demon from the underworld and brought it's skull to a witch who cursed it to "Forever reflect the weight of his burdens, until they are but one." He then attached the skull to the mock scythe he used during his reaper training and it began to take on various shapes before settling in a chaotic fusion between the two, which he then dubbed "Chaos". He continued shepherding souls for another century with Order and Chaos, all the while hunting Magus to avail. Eventually he took notice of how powerful humans had become following the invention and development of firearms, and decided to adopt this power for himself. He bribed a very famous and skilled gunsmith by promising not to come for him until 50 years after his natural lifespan was up in return for two powerful custom-made guns. Seeing that Jr. already had two large weapons, the gunsmith thought that pistols would be an appropriate choice. Despite his promise however, Jr. found the gunsmith dead 5 years later with his soul already removed. Following a long string of deaths matching the same description, Jr. began investigating but the trail eventually ran cold. Refusing to let it go, he joined the increasingly infamous RHG Program in an effort to gain some intel in return for participating in their battles. After traveling to his first scheduled fight however, he is surprised to be confronted by none other than Magus...

Without spoiling too much about the larger story I plan on making, multiple souls of matching types can be contained together in special crystals which can then be utilized by reapers to manipulate the souls inside.
Blue: Stable, calm, and can be used as an electrical power source, or to warp the space around the user on a limited scale.
Red: Unstable, volatile, and can be used to empower people or objects with increased strength/durability, or explosive properties.
Both types of crystals have a strong magnetic reaction to crystals of a matching type.

He'd never admit it but he instinctively feels protective of people in need. However, after living for so long and seeing so many people live and die, he's developed a fear of having sentiment for any humans since he will have to live with their memory after they die. Because of this, he's very reserved and doesn't usually speak unless spoken to. He has a soft spot for people with neutral souls. He's also extremely scared of spiders.
