No he's right. Google, will eventually take over the world. But, so will Microsoft. And then, after the entire world is consumed by either company... WWIII.

I think it would be good thing if they shut down. Well, if they do shut down, I would have to put up with the average bullshit of Bing. I just have a problem with Google, always looking at what I search and affiliating themselves with everything I do on YouTube.
