The basic layout of a Dubstep song:
Lame intro, base drops... BLDUBLDUBLBLSHBRODRURRTHBEGHH!
EDIT: Wow, this started out as just me speaking my mind, but I guess this is the Dubstep Thread now...

i highly recommend downloading and listening to this entire album
it's emotionally heavy as fuck, which is rare as fuck for electronic music.
"in mcdonalds" was more brutal than any brostep drop i've heard
edit: also bass drop songs can be good and unique too

I made this thread because I was detecting the same pattern in all dubstep songs. I suppose I was just listening to all the wrong songs. You linked me to few that are MUCH better to crap I heard. I just couldn't figure out what the big deal is.
EDIT: stuff like this :I

nice. i'm a fan of those 2-step garage beats, which is part of why I love Burial. Late is clearly inspired by him. did you use the word "tunes" because that's what burial always uses? if so, you're cool as fuck.

Nice. A dubstep thread. Have you heard this before?
I personally prefer dubstep closer to its 2-step roots instead of the average "brostep" that is mistaken as original dubstep by people day after day.
Lots of other good stuff too, like this little gem. Just look around!

I have to admit that I do like "brostep", I don't see why it gets so much hate. I don't like how brostep fans think it's the only type of dubstep or whatever though.
Here's a couple that I've been liking lately:
