I still don't get how you will know who are the ones participating.
But I'm now sure that I'll be joining this.

not accepting parts after the second check (8 hours) means not accepting more people to enter or animations, cuz if it's animation means we only have 8 hours to animate.

do we have to animate the whole time ( Im not referring to the 24hours thing)? I mean, what if you are checking the status and we animated the whole time, had to get a break, got off to the supermarket to buy something, and in THIS moment you want to check us?

That is probably one issue that Phil might have to look out for. :C

i asked phil on irc and he said that you had to animate straight all the 8 hours without a break, i really want to join this collab but animate whole 8 hours with out a break will be to late ):
he also said that he only will be posting 3 animations this year(sorry if off topic)

I'm having trouble figuring out the time zone difference. Does anybody know the starting time in, say, New York time?

No, I think your part won't get accepted if you start after 8hours have passed.
But I still don't get it focus. What sense does that make if his day starts , let's say at midnight for me? And I have school that day?

i guess i cant do it, my parents just banned me from downloading and our computer just repaired so there is nothing on it. *sigh* i guess i have to sit this one out then

Uh well,
my local time will be 11.30 p.m [according to PST], so 8 hours from then will mean 7.30 a.m...
therefore i can join only if i wake up early around 5 or so in order to pass the 8th hour check..
hope that solves everyone's problem regarding 8th hour check and stuff.

@ +Omega well remember that the collab is based on terkoiz's time zoon and not yours nor mine.
if you think about it, it actually make a lot of sense lol, actually it would be kinda odd in a way if terkoiz had to make the time right so every one could do a part for the collab, i actually think that would most likely be impossible due to our different time zoons.

OK, so, for me, the beginning of rushed 4 is at 8PM. I could animate my first part until midnight, but after, I need to go to sleep before continuing my part when I'll wake up.
But if I need to show my status every 4 hours, it will be a problem. I always sleep at least 7 or 8 hours... XD

So, if I participate, I hope there won't be any problem with that... ?

I re-read this thread. Actually, screw everything! I'm going to stay up for the entire thing, even if it starts at 0:00 for me and I haven't got a single room. 28 hours before the fun starts. *Cracking knuckles*
