I didn't know there was a limit to 4 videos in a post.. I've linked to a later post in this thread where I posted newer stuff. Take a look
Ok so obviously this isn't flash but I don't see anywhere else I can post this. You can imagine it in 2D if you want. :P

First animation everyone does when learning a new program. The graph editor is so fun.. joke. The next assignment was to animate a floursack jumping. We had to give it personality. Overall the teacher liked my animation because it had the most organic feel to it out the class and wasn't stiff or plastic like some others. He also like the attention I gave to the ears and the sense of weight the floursack has. The animation isn't finished and I will probably polish this up at some point for a reel, but it was due today so i thought it was worth posting.

This is the second walk cycle we had to do for class. I didn't like the first walk cycle because it was a default walk that everyone basically did together in class. For the second cycle we got to choose our own model to use. I chose the goon rig and decided to do something out of the norm with it.
Older work: Modeling

I also thought I may as well post some of the other 3D stuff I made last year. These are a couple scenes that we had to create based off a character of our choice. I chose Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The first shot is Dr. Jekyll the scientist/lawyer and the second shot is Mr. Hyde after he has drunk the vile and transformed.

This was a very strange assignment for my screen design class. The project was to create an environment that had depth. Well I was out of ideas so I thought of a roller coaster. Enjoy the ride I suppose :P
Added Weight Shift Assignment:

Very rough pass of my current assignment. The weight shift.. it needs a lot more inbetweens/breakdowns and thus I am staying up all night :P None of it is correctly timed so don't feel bad if you can't follow along. The idea is that he is bored/depressed then he looks up and notices a girl across the street. He looks at his appearance then brushes himself off. Looking confident he polishes his shoulder and then realizes the girl passed bye without noticing him. He goes back to being depressed and it loops. I haven't added eye movement or facial expressions yet. I have a long way to go, but I wanted to post the idea that I am going for.

The character was provided but everything else was animated and made by hand.

View Profile Posted this in the chat thread with regards to your animation but I'll post it here again so you can see.
I personally like this, although I know very little about the physics of animation. As a casual viewer, I thought you did really well with the weight of the anchor.

View Profile For it to be such a heavy object, the initial lift seems off and the anchor is lifted very easily without sign of resistance.

Really? Wow I need to learn more about this shit, I thought the initial lift made it seem pretty heavy.
