Dual Death Course 2 was pretty awesome but it was sorta hard to follow. I didn't understand it, Idk why, but it was just straight-up confusing.

The only thing that pissed me is that our Rushed 4 entries had to be submitted via IRC #Rushed.
The problem is, I don't even go there often. Phil didn't even say about the IRC thing in the front page of Rushed 4 thread.
I woke up early dawn (different time zones) to start and just to find out that he didn't even look at the thread.
I dreamed of at least being on one of Terkoiz's animation from the time I discovered him and began to animate...

...but I learned an important lesson. You can't always get what you want. Well then, 'till the next 4day ;)...

Dual Death Course 2
Well, I was waiting for this one a lot, since, wow, DDC1 got a lot of animators and was incredibly big, plus there were traps of every kind and the possibility to choose many different paths
But when I watched DDC2, I felt that a lot of the spirit which was in DDC1 was lost: there weren't that many animators, making me think that they were the only ones that finished their part, meaning that DDC2 didn't get the same partecipation ac DDC1
Also, the course wasn't that interesting: true, it got a monster, which when I saw it I was surprised, but that was the only thing. The possible paths were only two (up or down) and the only thing that could kill you was or falling or being eaten. Said this, I got the sensation it was quite limited in comparison with the other one

Come Back Collab 3
I kinda liked this one, awesome fights, incredible effects, fantastic ideas. But, when I was watching, I noticed that some things weren't well made. With well made, though, I'm not talking about the animators' skill in animating, but about some details that weren't checked well (some sounds, for example).
Also, I dunno, but I felt a little annoyed by Hyun's part. Not that I didn't like it, it was truly good, but because the themes were changed: the fact that Stone said something about an animating competition themed on League Of Legends makes me think that Hyun's anim wasn't made for CMC3 but for this tournament and that, in the end, he decided to submit the LoL themed anim for CMC3 by just changing the colors and the ending. Even if he didn't make it for the tournament but just because he wanted to do this anim, I still get this swapping-themes sensation, but probably this thing I'm thinking is just some bullshit of mine

Alfa VS Pulse
Well, don't have anything about this anim: liked the fight, the effects, the story (especially the cutted arm thing), ecc.
The only thing I disliked was the right arm of alfa when he was holding pulse, but whatever

Final Fantasy Last Mages
Liked this animation really much, the effects and the fighting were incredibles, plus the ending was totally well thought. The only thing I didn't like was the background: I understand that by tweening it you make the anim better, but there were some times in which it really disrupted with the fight (in a word, overused)

remember that this is only my opinion and it means that it can be totally wrong as it can hold some truths

There were at least 3 parts that were missing, unfortunately some miss communication between the organisers meant they were not included (the memorial tribute seems to be missing parts too). Hopefully they’ll try again, DDC’s a great collab idea and I’d like to see another one.
