Okay, where to begin.

Stick art is alright if done well. This I am afraid isn't very good.

It could be improved with a back ground, some shading on the head and on the weapon.

The throwing start should be filled in.

Practice drawing other things besides sticks, as they suck for art.

Even if they're drawn well stick figures aren't really art...
