most human weakness. but don't bother with his arm. it will regenerate.
Story
dr. rama was a scientist in iraq. he had been working on a formula to regenerate the limbs of explosion victims.
his camp was attacked and in an ironic turn of events, Dr. Rama lost his right arm in an explosion.
knowing he was close to completing his formula he decided to test it on himself. when things went wrong, not only did his arm regenerate but it
had mutated and gained the power to stretch to fantastic lengths! horrified and worried of being treated like a freak, Dr. Rama attempted to amputate his
own arm. when he tried this he was amazed to see it grew back instantly! this is when he decided that it was not a curse, but a gift. he designed a staff
that enhances the human mind to gain telepathic powers. the staff was designed to be compatible only with dr. rama's mind, so no one else can use it. The staff does not have to be in his hand to use its power but it does have to be relatively close (with in 15 feet or so).
he took his weapon and his special power to the rhg and fights to raise money to continue his research.
