i would say terkoiz, because in fact hyun doesn't really explain much in hes tutorial videos(no offense), most of the time he only show what to do, and also he don't have a whole a lot of tutorials as terkoiz does.
so my vote goes to terkoiz, lol

simply saying, if it's a poll, where is it?
also, writing only "i am wondering who is best in tutorials" isn't that interesting to read
try to write more, so that more people become interested
EDIT
at least now you added it

I think Hyun has the better tutorials. Terkoiz is alright to watch to, but he talks to much in between his explanations. It can become easy to get lost. He also doesn't show you what to do, or how to do it. Hyun goes step-by-step and is easy to follow along with.
But I guess it comes down to whether or not you prefer watching someone demonstrate how to do it, or listening to an explanation of how to do it.

I learned more through Hyun when I was starting out, just because he's a bit easier to follow than Terkoiz. KidKei also has some very good tutorials as well.
