Powers: Moves as fast as the speed of sound, high frequency vibration, able to emit strong sound waves from his limbs, dual wielded swords

Weakness: Actually has stamina limitations, trips over moderately because he cant control the rate of how fast he moves.

Story: In an attempt to make the worlds most deep bass speaker, rapid was the first to test it(Before it happened he was called test subject number 43), the company made it with radioactive energy and when the volume is put to high the listener will have the ability to vibrate at high rates and move as fast as the speed of sound, but the company did not know this at first, so rapid tested it and gained the ability to move at very high speeds and be able to send sound wave vibrations from any limb in his body, in the accident the speaker was destroyed.
