Xenon
Abilities:
Xenon is a prodigious practitioner of psychokinesis and telepathy. He can bend and move matter by his will alone and read the thoughts and emotions of other human beings. He is also proficient in various martial arts and has learned to control his telekinetic powers with great precision through meditation practices found in several martial arts.
Xenon also wears a mechanical cybernetic suit which enables his brain to use its full potential, boosting his psychokinetic abilities and enhancing his speed and power.
Weaknesses:
If Xenon uses too much of his psychokinetic abilities at once he might damage himself in the process. Also, if he loses concentration when trying to focus on reading a mind, his thoughts might get mixed with the subject's causing irrational thinking, extreme headaches or a personality change.
About:
Cautious, methodical analytic and ambitious. He thinks before he acts and he loves it when things go according to his plans. He has become a bit psychotic and unstable over the years, from tapping too deep in to the minds of his opponents. Not much is known about his past. He wears a helmet covering his whole face so his identity still remains a mystery.

Haha, if he is willing to fight me, sure. (He seems to be unavailable atm though...) Drone took the name from the periodic table of elements. Xenon is a colorless, odorless, heavy noble gas.
