Can anybody tell me how to put frames into graphic?

Right click on object, convert to symbol, replace movie clip with graphic on the choice that says type.

select all farmes bthat you used hikight all together click f8 then click on graphic ... ._. done

It most likely will last that long, seeing as there's no due date. You'll probably have around a month to finish.
