Sorry, I'm not adding this to the list until you tone down the character. Using Any melee weapon you want, smokescreens and explosives, and a slew of supernatural powers as well is too overpowered. He also has no weaknesses because you either balanced his weakness with another massive strength, or you gave him a "weakness" that isn't a weakness at all.

This guy is still way too overpowered. List of things you should consider taking off.
1) The Weapon Spawning: The fact you can make any weapon with any attribute is just...well it's OP by itself. I recommend just getting rid of this and replacing it way say...the ability to carry a shit-ton of explosives?
2) Incredible Endurance: This would be enough of a feat to be a power all by itself. This guy pretty much can't die. If your organs are indestructible, then how exactly are people supposed to kill him? Bleed him to death? How long is that going to take? A knife in the chest wouldn't kill him. A gunshot wound to the face won't kill him. Nothing will. And it would take a pretty big hammer to break a bone that hard.
3) Nuke: This is just blatantly overpowered. The ability to die and come back to life is OK if it comes with a certain massive side-effect that isn't a loss of Nuclear powers, but the fact that he'll obliterate anything within a farther distance than a gladiator could go over in an airplane is just...insanity. Maybe when he dies, he explodes with nuclear power in the size of a grenade and comes back to life exhausted, but only once.

I'm sorry but he's still overpowered. I see you tried, but the toning down doesn't really work. The Nuke is perfectly fine, you did well on that, but I still have a problem with the endurance. I forgot to mention it last time, but the immunity to diseases, mind-powers and time stopping negates too many abilities. Brink's main power is the fact he can resist time stopping, but you've got it on the side of a massive armory of powers.
I recommend just going with the Nuclear abilities and saying he's a pretty tough son-of-a-bitch. Perception is fine, it's just generally included in characters without saying much about it.

Well thanks again I have been trying but now you have told me everything and I have been reading other people's wRHG and I can now balance it. and just to clear my powers the NUKE is a separate power from NUCLEAR FORM which means NUKE can happen when he dies whether he is in normal state or Nuclear form. Also Nuclear form can only happen before NUKE since after nuke he is completely drained and I should note that down with the update.
