Hello Stickpage. I'm doing this thing and I thought a lot of you here may be interested in what I'm doing, so I'll tell you about it.

Pokemon.

I'm going to gamble and say that the vast majority of us have played pokemon at one point or another. I'm doing a playthrough of Pokemon Leaf Green, which is, for those of you that don't know, a remake of the original Pokemon game. However, I'm doing a Nuzlocke run. What is that, you ask? It's normal pokemon, but with 2 extra rules:
1. One may only catch the first pokemon he/she encounters in an area. If you accidentally kill it, one may not catch any in that area.
2. If a Pokemon faints, it is dead forever and must be released.
Why am I telling you about this? During my playthrough, I take notes about what is happening.

I then make a comic following my adventure.

Ah. I thought that it was more miscellaneous because it is not an animation. Nor does it have anything to do with stick figures. I appreciate the post, but I'd appreciate feedback on the actual content of my work more.

Nuzlocke? is it 2011 again?
comic is pretty boring, art is lacking of course. also, maybe use a font rather than write everything out by hand? or draw it neater. also how about a link to your comic, rather than having to go onto your facebook page first, then to imgur

I assume you've read the first issue but not the second, where I do use a font. I apologize for not knowing about Nuzlocke sooner. And I use the facebook page because I was hoping to build an audience, and if they liked it they could have easy access to the page. Also, I can understand that you would think it is boring, as nothing has happened yet. Obviously this is not to your tastes, and I'll try to reform the comic to better entertain you. I do know that the art is lacking. I'm hoping I'll be able to improve as time progresses. I'm not the best artist, but I'm trying.

I actually can't stand that whole 9gag mentality. In the newest issue, Issue 3, I did use a meme however because it was applicable. I wouldn't ever try to force a meme into my comic for the soul reason of having memes. In fact, I don't think I'm going to use another meme in there.

Nuzlocking! A favorite pastime, along with terribly animating and the occasional Let's Play.
