i need to download some software, but...

since recently my pc broke, my dad dosent trust me anymore and now has put admin rights on it.
if you dont know what admin rights are, they are basically a privallige to do whatever you want on the internet and download whatever you want. Without it, you cant download .exe files. Now my dad has gone on holiday with my mum. this gives me time to get my limeted account to have admin rights on it. But I dont know how to. Well I do, but i dont want to risk breaking the computer again. I have recently found a website called portablesapps.com, where i can download software without admin rights. that helped my 50% though, some of the software i need is not there. so is there any safer way for me to get admin rights on my limeted account? (yep, they wont even let me have my own account.)

This is all kinds of wrong, admin rights, ie an admin account is only needed for installing certain software that modifies key system files. sounds more like your parents restricted your user account, more so than a normal user account can do. As a standard user you can install most software, audacity doesnt touch the system folder so it would install fine, unfortunately it sounds more like your account is limited or child locked in some way. Admin rights aren't something that you need to download. and if it's windows 7, you should have disabled UAC a long time ago. that shit is lame.
