No one likes or believes in really good looking clans. They always assume it will die, or that the leaders will kill it or something, And since CaM doesn't always finish his animations people think he won't handle a clan. But honestly, cam is actually the perfect leader if you think about it. No matter what, CaM is active, so even if he doesn't animate as much, he's an active person so he can at least keep his members going. He's been here a while so he's seen what clans have done that fail them. One thing being "you have to animate weeklies every week" because when clans do that the members that don't do them get discouraged and want to leave. He started off with posting up a collab, which sounds like a bad move, but that means everyone joining knows that coming to this clan means you have to be committed. And he also put on the front that "We want someone who cares enough not to up and leave us for some other clan featuring Terkoiz because you love him so much. Be dedicated. Participate. And don't leave unless I kick you out because you're a twat " That caught my eye. Now I know that my fellow clan mates are here to stay not here just because the clan is fancy. When people come just because its fancy, they are going to leave to the next fancy clan. zetabrand could have a spot open right now, and no body here is going to hop on that, because with time we will surpass Zetabrand.
