Yes, I know there is already a tribute, but that doesn't mean there can't be a part 4. I didn't get the idea when the tribute post came out, I had it a while ago, but got to caught up in school.

Prologue: You thought the animator was done for good.... But, he has come back, better then ever! The animator has come back with a new computer, ready to fight The Chosen One, and The Chosen One's Friend (Red Stick figure in part 3). The animator did not come alone, though... he has some new people coming along with him, 2 main enemies, and some evil programs!
Enemies:
1. The Powerful One
The Powerful One is The Chosen One's brother, when he was being coded, flash crashed and something went wrong with the code, and he turned evil. His purpose is to defeat his brother. The Powerful One also goes by '' The Evil Animation''.
2. The Powerful One's Friend
Friend of The Powerful One, here to assist The Powerful One in defeating The Chosen One and The Chosen One's Friend.
