The face is too wide and again the line art and coloring are sloppy
Also, would be nice if you tried to make origional pics every once in a while
Not just bleach/other anime

as he said, the face is too wide,
also,
the Eyes are very different (one is too round while the other is more... how should i put it... thinner, if that makes sense)
the hair looks good (other then the few colouring mistakes)
another thing is the Mouth/Nose, the depth you added are either too much, or not enough (not having as much depth can make it look smoother in some cases)
Also, the blood doesnt look like its coming from the head properly, (it just looks smudged into his hair)

Lol sorry if that seems kinda jerky, i just find flaws and mistakes in most things, fast (its why i never finish any of my animations/art)

The lines are too rough. make them softer. By the way you don't need a special software like SAI to do that. I think that you can do something like that on flash with your amazing skills. Well I can so I guess you can. Although I do sometimes use photoshop.....
