Abilitys: Cruel is his name for a reason, he is extremely fast, above average strength, master of hand to hand combat, and has basic chi energy attacks which improve the more battles he wins and his chi control decreases the more he loses. His body is coated in a negative magnetic charge that makes him immune to swords and blades as well as other sharp objects.
Weakness: Cruel may be immune to swords but his hand to hand combat skills can be matched by others because he is, after all, still human. But if theres anything Cruel hates more than weak opponents its opponents with blunt weapons. The magnetic field that surounds his body can only block a thin object such as a sword, but something like a hammer or staff will go right through it and keep Cruel fighting a ranged battle which is not really his strong suit.
Story: Cruel was kidnapped when he was a child to be used as a human test subject. The secret organization trained Cruel in multiple martial arts, among them being Muy-Thai, Hapkido, Judo, and Mixed Martial Arts. After the multiple tests and seeing Cruel's improvement (and phisical suffering from all the experiments) they realized that Cruel had become too powerfull and the program they had put him in would have to be shut down. This would mean Cruel would have to be taken out. They knew that Cruel would not particularly enjoy this idea, so for fear of their own lives, they sent an assasin to take Cruel out. The next morning, the assasins body was found in front of the facilitys doorstep and Cruel was nowhere to be found. Cruel wanted revenge on the secret organization, but he knew that he wasn't strong enough to do it yet. So he set out and joined the RHG tournament in pursuit of strength.
