Nice animation, but you seem to be suffering a similar problem I've been unable to fix. Notice how, in the first sound, the entire animation delays? I've tried all sorts of settings myself, but I've never been able to get rid of that first sound delay. The only fix I have for it so far is to put a very quiet sound at the beginning to get rid of the delay for the rest of the anim.
