Not bad for your first animation. I recommend not doing anything like camera shaking until you get a bit better at animating and (if your not already doing this) planning your animation before starting. All these things will help you improve as fast as possible so good luck.

I recommend not to use VCAM until you are confident in your animation skills otherwise it can turn out very bad. Other than that, you've got a good grip on skills for a beginner! Keep at it!

try to work on smooth movements and add believable actions.
like after he kicks the guy, when he lands try to make him crouch and then stand back up to add impact. Idunno how to explain it further.
