Hmm, Cyber virus's skull which is currently red spawns randomly in the building, this may make it hard if he lands in a corporate skyscraper. Perhaps there can be two skulls, the red skull and a white skull. The red one is his trademark for whenever he enters through a computer, it spawns randomly in the building, but the white one is inside the head of the electrical form. It is extremely fragile (like glass) and if you break it then he can no longer go back to ghost form until he teleports back home. I also wonder, I find it funny that the one character that cannot be touched or hurt (by much) is brought down just by a drop of tap water. But why stop there with just a skull, why not a whole skeleton behind that electrical skin. the skeleton is what holds the electricity together and water gets rid of it so his bones are showing. The bones fragile like glass yet they are heavily protected behind the electricity, its gonna take some huge balls to reach inside Cyber virus's electrical skin and break his bones. But then again a couple drops of tap water can get rid of his electrical skin.
Hmm, I will think more on Cyber virus. Triss hold off I may change a couple weakness's and abilities for Cyber virus.

kingkickass2013, might I suggest that the red skull appears on the floor he is in and the floor above and below it. That way, it would increase the chances of the opponent finding it and making it more of a weakness. Since, as you said, if the battle would be in a corporate skyscraper, hunting down a tiny skull through hundreds of floors is very impractical.
I like the idea of a white skull inside the electrical form's head. It would give the opponent a chance, especially melee fighters, to deal a good amount of damage.

But what about a whole skeleton behind the electrical form? However I have to think up of an appearance for the skeleton and what will happen if it comes down to him being a skeleton.
So far I have come to these conclusions of new weakness's to make him fair:
A whole skeleton as fragile as glass behind the electrical form, these basically help the electricity keep its humanoid form but these need electricity to stay up, otherwise the skeletal parts that are exposed will just fall.
Water now not only causes pain but it now depletes parts of electricity revealing the whatever part it hits. (a squirt gun filled with water is probably his most feared opponent now)
The red skull that once broken causes him to head back to his original coffin now spawns on the floor he is on currently, and follows him on each floor he goes to, this way battles in large buildings are easier. (it doesn't float next to him it just teleports to different floors of a building wherever he goes)

The skeleton with electrical currents dancing all around him is an awesome thing to see actually.
EDITED::: The weaknesses you have come up with are balance him out better now.

So here's what we got so far on weakness's and what I will be adding:
ull appears randomly in the building he infiltrates, if you find it and smash it, then the ghost character will vanish and spawn in the coffin he was buried in, it will take quite a while till rain comes and he uses that to escape. (Think of this as the best way to kill the ghost and also think of it as a game of hide and seek) Like the possession it too has a rule. The ghost cannot get near the skull to protect it, so if you find it the ghost cannot just show up and take the skull.
Memory: When he was alive that diseased he was diagnosed with carried on to him even when he became a ghost, he now forgets a lot of things if he doesn't see them rapidly enough.
GHOST BUSTERS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9We2XsVZfc, yeah this kind of stuff works against him. If you have any anti ghost technology then you can pretty much either capture or get rid of the ghost.
Exorcism: This is really annoying, but if the character in question is good enough at performing these then it will work against Cyber virus. However it won't ward off the ghost to hell, rather just send him back to his home at the abandoned factory.
GHOST FORM WEAKNESSES:
Non physical: During this form Cyber virus CANNOT touch you or harm you directly, during this form all it does is either attempt to weaken you by scaring you or weakening you by moving objects into certain places. (example, it can move a bunch of glass pieces to the top of steps of stairs so when you step on them you will fall down the stairs)
Possession rules: As a possessed character there are three rules that the ghost CANNOT break, rule one is that he cannot lie in the possessed person, if he lies he will instantly lose control of the person (animals are not effected by this rule since they cannot speak). It cannot touch or kill other people as a possessed person (however it can set up traps and work his way around persuading a person to walk into a trap). rule three is the most important rule of all, It cannot leave a possessed person without the help of another person (It must persuade a person to say these words in order to leave the body "TARU BARREKT NICTO", after Cyber virus persuades a person to say that phrase Cyber virus will be able to escape the possessed body, possessed animals do not need that phrase to be said and Cyber virus can just leave a possessed animal when it feels like it is needed)
ELECTRICAL FORM WEAKNESSES:
Water: if he touches water it will actually hurt the character, so splash water on the character and the character will start fizzing, this is an excellent chance to flee and find the skull.
Technology drain: if you destroy the electrical device it is taking power from, it will become weaker than when it started taking power.
Physical: If your man/woman enough you can go over and beat the shit out of the ghost till it leaves, however doing so with just your fists is not a very good idea since its made entirely from electricity. The ghost can also feel normal human pain during this form.[/spoiler]
The new parts are in bold.

Skeleton body: Behind that electrical "skin" is a pure white skeleton as fragile as glass, the skeletal body behind the electricity is what keeps it standing up and the electricity in its humanoid form. If your character has big enough balls to reach inside the electrical skin and break the bones yourself then go ahead, but it is much advised to use water to get rid of parts of the electricity first.
The white skull of the skeleton: There are two skulls yes but one stays no matter what form he is in, but this one is the top part of the skeleton inside the electrical skin. The skull is harder than concrete yes but if you can break it then the whole electrical form fails and the skeleton falls to the ground and shatters (since it is as fragile as glass), when this happens it can no longer go into electrical form until it teleports back to its home in the abandoned factory.

To me, it is more balanced. :D
Jun 3, 2013 12:49 AM #994210
After hearing those, I wonder if Lucario is balanced. Also, I wanted to make him stronger from each battles I will have written. Is that ok?
Jun 3, 2013 1:07 AM #994234
Well if I read Lucario's profile correctly... He can make moves into TM's which he can use later, right?
Well take Chance for example. You get a TM for blood manipulation, adding it to your own list of moves. You would need something to balance it out, so why not the weaknesses? If Chance is in Blood Rage mode for too long, there are nasty side effects. If Lucario uses it for too long, the same sid effects would happen.
I guess it's just a point where for each skill Lucario earns, there's need to be a weakness for it.

So..I'm adding the fact that the weaknesses also affect Lucario.(And it eats not-so-little amount of aura). Anything else?
Jun 3, 2013 3:44 PM #994940
I have a question. Would Lucario be able to claim non-magical/non-genetic/non-skill powers? Basically, I am asking if he would be able to copy Bl.An.C.'s weapon materialization. It's more of a technological feat rather than power.
Jun 3, 2013 4:00 PM #994972
...Well...I think he CAN. By copying the armor's characteristic, Lucario's aura can transform into an armor like Bl.An.C. And that will ALSO give him access to his weaponry. Bad for you, mate. But it's a full-body armor, so it will cost quite an amount of aura. AND lasts only 5 minutes. ALSO! Shoud you have a "monster/spirit/ghost" that grants you power, Lucario's aura can copy its features and creates a double that has the same effect (Without personality however).
Jun 3, 2013 4:11 PM #994986
His weapons are materialized from an undisclosed place. The weapons are completely external.
Anyways, so he still can copy it? Okay. I'd imagine him like ditto now. Is there a limit to how many TMs he can use per battle?

Jun 3, 2013 4:23 PM #994992
UNLIMITED!...If you don't mind the 30-60 mins charge time AND (Oh. I haven't mentioned this.) the maximum storage of 3 discs at the same time. The other discs are in his pouch and...they take a while to finish loading and ready for use. So he has 3 ready for use in a battle. Should it goes on too long, Luke might consider inserting other discs to let them load.
Jun 3, 2013 4:26 PM #994994
Since battles usually take five to fifteen minutes, he would usually have only 3 different 'other' powers from his TM, correct?
Jun 3, 2013 4:36 PM #995001
No. Only one. Since it takes 30-60 mins to recharge itself to use another discs. The TM is OMNIPOTENT! BUT limited by the amount of usage. (and time limit(Which is usually unexpected))
