Just get Flash 8 or Cs whatever.

The RHG Ideas are the main problem for people

I did doesn't matter if it is original as long as you like animating it.
I have had a few RHGs, but sometimes the originality makes it hard to animate or find a reference to study.
There is a simple way to make an RHG which is, Item that you can animate with small difficulty (swords/staffs/bow/gun/mace etc) + Your own little twist (weapon can blow up/ RHG can make auto-sword that attacks by itself) + Not too bright colour + Story on his personality = Masterpiece.
Lets see who suits this:
Alfa, Sword + sword can jet + nice green colour + Mysterious = Masterpiece.
Andre, Hammer + Lightning Abilities + brown colour + Stupid but Strong = Masterpiece.
Jomm, big sword + Air pressured cannons + Dark blue + Cocky = Masterpiece.

You can think up some other RHGs for this formula.

Makes sense. It should be more like Superman's kryptonite in which he gets extremely weak from exposure. Or if he has super speed it could be some kind of irreversable thing which makes him slow
