Blur



Abilities:
Blur excells in close range combat. He can teleport. He also has the ability to shoot bursts and surges of lightning from any part of his body.

Weaknesses:
Everytime Blur discharges lightning attacks he is weakened. Since he has been on Earth for so long and has succumbed to the Madness, most of his godly life and power has faded. If he is injured enough, he can die.

About:
Blur is the demi-god son of Thor the thunder god. As a child Blur was sent to be raised on earth
with his human mother. At the age of seven Blur started to unlock his speed and lightning powers. Two years later his mother was killed in a explosion caused by Loki(Thor's brother). From that moment on he became Chaotically evil with a hidden power called the Madness. Driven by the Madness he trains everyday, knowing that eventually his father will to stop him from conquering this world and the next. He vowed death on Loki.

The weakness is fine if you ask me.

I dunno I just think that thats a natural weakness for any lightning/electricity RHG.
