how do i flash pivot animations

Flash them? Do you mean change .piv files to .fla files?
I don't think that's possible.
I guess you can import the .gif files into Flash.

They tell you how to do it right here.
in all honesty, i think its impossible

to open a gif in flash, you don't import it.
You open it as a file.
Flash then converts the gif into frames, and opens like so.

Well this is what I do.
Export to .gif
Open in windows movie maker
Add to timeline
Save.
Open up Avs video editor
Open up the saved movie (from the wmm)
Add THAT to timeline.
Edit.
Produce as a flash file.

Only do this if you want sfx. If not do GroundXeros way.

Reason why I go to wmm first is because avs can't handle .gif

Hope this helps!

Quality is crap though.

Oh. Yeah...try some other editor then.

This. If you want any kind of quality you'll have to trace it.
