powers:Cowslay has electrical powers which means that he can charge lightnings and fire them at enemies in combat and take some serius damage, he is fast and he is strong which gives him advantage in close combat fights.
Cowslay also has a weapon that can fire off greater Lightnings that is charged with alot more Power and he also has use for it in Close combat cause of the blades on each side, when he hits and enemy with one of the blades there is a chance that there will be an Electric strike since the weapon leads cowslay's Lightnings and then when they reach the blade the Lightnings fires off or if you hit somebody with the blade they might be stunned for some second with a critical strike.
Weakness: Since Cowslay has Electric Powers he has sortof an Electric shield (optional to animate) that gives him stronger defense but you can crush the shield with Heavy objects and therefor it harms him at the same time caused of the Power of the smashed Electric shield.
Story:
Cowslay lives in Greenforge he slays cows that's why he is called cowslay.xD he got hit by the lightning and got lightning powers.
Cowslay uses those powers in combats and he became a great fighter.
